Building a Culture of Encouragement and Care
At AE Marcelino Construction, we believe that a strong workplace is built not only on professionalism, teamwork, and productivity, but also on genuine care for the people behind every task and responsibility.
Guided by 2 Thessalonians 2:16–17, our weekly toolbox meeting with the administrative staff served as a reminder that while encouragement can come from the people around us and the circumstances we face, true comfort, strength, and lasting hope come from God.
This week, we are reminded to look beyond work responsibilities and make room for meaningful conversations.
Instead of asking only, “How is work going?” let us also ask, “How are you, really?”
A simple question can open the door to understanding, strengthen relationships, and remind someone that they are valued beyond their role in the workplace.
