The Green Box Interiors is a serene expression of simple, flexible, and timeless tropical living.

Using a minimalist tropical approach, the design combines soft green accents, textured whites, and natural materials to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Inspired by wabi-sabi approach, it embraces the beauty of simplicity and imperfection — creating a space that feels both grounded and effortlessly calming, comfortable and timeless.

Every year, welcoming a new batch of interns reminds us of our own beginnings in architecture, full of curiosity, ideas, and the desire to learn.

Over the past few weeks, it has been a privilege to share our studio, experiences, and conversations about architecture with our 2026 interns from BulSU-CAFA. Seeing their confidence grow, their ideas become more refined, and their presentation skills improve throughout the program are the rewarding parts of mentorship.

The idea was quiet and grounded. A space that doesn't compete with its surroundings, but belongs to it. We translated that into a composition of simple volumes, solid, restrained and intentional.

Openings are all about the light, views, and how the house breathes. The client chose jalousie windows throughout, allowing constant airflow even during rain, making the spaces feel naturally ventilated and alive.

Nothing excessive. Nothing accidental. Every line, every material, every opening, considered.

At Zantia, we see construction as more than a phase of ex*****on. It is where vision begins to engage with structure, material, proportion, and detail in its most tangible form. This home is designed to follow that rhythm and to blur the line between inside and out—layering concrete, greenery and light to create a home that's both grounded and refreshing.

We kept going back to our signature design language, raw concrete, wood accents, black metal finishes and off-white walls. There's an honesty to that combination. Doesn't try too hard, yet it carries quiet strength and character.

The goal was to create a space that feels like a canvas. Something that wouldn’t box in its future users into a single style. Whether it’s minimal, industrial, or more layered and expressive, the design allows it. Furniture, textures, and personal touches can shift over time, and the space will still hold together. It’s meant to be flexible—intentionally so.
