Argus Development Corporation has several ongoing bids and a growing pipeline of projects requiring qualified local partners. Our current MEFP partner slots are already full, so we are now prioritizing firms with strong Civil Works capability.

We welcome partners who can support multiple specialties; however, companies with proven civil works experience will be given core preference. Qualified firms may also have capabilities in site development, structural works, finishing, electromechanical works, telecommunications/power facilities, or related construction services.

Earlier companies that submitted their profiles will be contacted by our Project Team as opportunities become available. New applicants should expect the same outreach process.

Preferred partner profile:

- Based in or with established operations in Northern Luzon/Bicol, Visayas, or Mindanao
- Experienced in civil works
- Able to support ongoing bids and pipeline projects
- Preferably capable of handling multiple construction specialties.
- Willing to submit a complete company profile for evaluation
