C. T. Onglao Architects, Inc. is looking for a talented and passionate Licensed Interior Designer to join our growing team.

Qualifications:
✔ Licensed Interior Designer (PIID Member is an advantage)
✔ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design
✔ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
✔ Strong design, presentation, and technical detailing skills
✔ Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes
• Prepare design presentations, space planning layouts, and 3D visualizations
• Produce complete construction drawings, details, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and project monitoring
• Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and procurement coordination
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, standards, and regulations
• Support project delivery from concept development through construction completion

Inspired by the timeless sophistication of Vanderbilt 22, this library reimagines the classic private club atmosphere through a carefully curated blend of rich wood paneling, coffered ceilings, warm ambient lighting, and refined furnishings. The design balances grandeur with comfort, creating an intimate setting that encourages both quiet reflection and meaningful conversation.

Layered textures, handcrafted details, and a palette of deep walnut tones establish a sense of permanence and character, while the open lounge arrangement promotes a welcoming and residential feel.
