Qualifications & Skills:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Mechanical Construction Engineer/Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated On-Site Construction Mechanical Engineer/Technician to supervise and support the mechanical installation of wind turbines. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant assembly of mechanical components in line with technical standards and project requirements.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

โ€ขSupervise and coordinate mechanical installation (towers, nacelles, hubs, blades).
โ€ขPerform strict Quality control, ensuring Work Instructions are followed with proper documentation.
โ€ขOversee installation of mechanical components including shaft alignment, lifting, anti-vibration.
โ€ขReview technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
โ€ขMonitor and report daily mechanical progress, manage non-conformities, and propose solutions.
โ€ขSupport commissioning team with functional/mechanical testing of turbines and balance-of-plant systems.
โ€ขTroubleshoot issues during installation and propose corrective actions.
โ€ขCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, operators, and clients for project success.
โ€ขEnsure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

โ€ขBachelorโ€™s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
โ€ขMinimum 5 yearsโ€™ experience in mechanical construction (wind energy/large infrastructure preferred).
โ€ขStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, lifting operations, and rotating machinery.
โ€ขAbility to read and interpret structural and mechanical drawings.
โ€ขProficiency in MS Office and project management software (CAD tools an advantage).
โ€ขLeadership skills in site-based project environments.

Working Conditions:

โ€ขOn-site at wind farm construction locations.
โ€ขFrequent work at heights and with heavy lifting equipment.
โ€ขExtended working hours and rotational shifts may be required.

Electrical Construction Engineer/Technician

We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Construction Electrical Engineer/Technician to supervise and support electrical installation and commissioning of wind turbines. The role ensures compliance with internal standards and client requirements while acting as the key point of contact for electrical installation activities.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

*Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on-site.
*Perform strict Quality control, ensuring Work Instructions are followed and properly documented.
*Oversee installation of electrical components (cables, switchgear, transformers, control panels, grounding systems).
*Review and interpret electrical drawings, interface documents, and supplier specifications.
*Monitor progress, document non-conformities, and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
*Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and propose corrective actions.
*Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, operators, and clients to ensure project delivery.
*Support handover of commissioned wind turbines with complete documentation.
*Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

What Weโ€™re looking For:

*Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
*Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation & commissioning (wind turbine experience preferred).
*Knowledge of LV/MV/HV electrical systems, protection systems, SCADA/control systems.
*Strong problem-solving and leadership skills in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
*Proficiency in MS Office and CAD/electrical drawing software.

Working Conditions:

*On-site at wind farm construction locations.
*Frequent work at heights, heavy equipment, and interaction with international/local teams.
*Extended working hours may be required during project phases.
*Strict compliance with HSE and use of PPE.
*6-day work week.

๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎโ€™๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐จ:
*Administer immediate medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on-site.
*Conduct regular health checks and monitor the physical well-being of employees.
*Maintain accurate and confidential medical and health records for all site personnel.
*Document and report all medical incidents, accidents, or near-misses in coordination with the Safety Officer.
*Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
*Work closely with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) officers to maintain a safe work environment.
๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐–๐žโ€™๐ซ๐ž ๐‹๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐…๐จ๐ซ:
*Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
