The idea for the 139mail club first dropped into my heart back in 2018. I knew it was from God and prayed about it for a long time, but fear got the better of me and I didn't push through. However, I always kept the idea in my heart and surrendered it to Him. Years later, seeing snail mail make such a gorgeous comeback among artists and creatives totally woke that longing right back up. I quietly prayed, wondering if I had completely missed my window or if God somehow still wanted to make it happen.
Through a prophetic word, He answered me, reminding me of His word, steadfast character, and timing: "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful." — Hebrews 10:23 And: "He has made everything beautiful in its time." — Ecclesiastes 3:11
So here I am, braving this out. It's so easy to look back and feel like I missed the boat or wasted time, but I’ve learned that God's delays aren't denials. He was actually preparing me. What feels late to us is usually just Him showing up right on time.
