Two storey residence with basement at Saint Thomas Estates, Dontogan Baguio City project.
The team completed the initial wall plastering and made precise chases for electrical and plumbing installations, laying the groundwork for a functional and efficient space. Applying the first coats of primer and plaster, ensuring smooth and durable wall surfaces that meet our high standards for quality. Metal framing for the suspended ceiling is being installed, while carpentry and finishing work continue in naturally lit spaces, bringing us closer to completion.
