🚧🏗️ ANYANA PROJECT UPDATE! – HOUSE 2 🏗️🚧

Another major milestone achieved at the Anyana project site! 👷‍♂️🏠✨

The slab concrete pouring has now been successfully completed, marking a big step forward in the structural development of House 2. 🔨✅

Right after the slab works, construction continued steadily with the installation of the second floor CHB walls, followed by steel reinforcement works for the roof beam. The roof beam concreting has also been completed successfully. 💪🏗️

To keep the momentum going, CHB wall works continued after the roof beam, and now the roof framing installation is already in place! 🔩🏠

Step by step, House 2 is taking shape and moving closer to completion. Thank you for following our construction journey! 🙌

🚧🏗️ ANYANA PROJECT UPDATE! – HOUSE 2 🏗️🚧

Here’s the latest progress for the second house at the Anyana project site! 👷‍♂️🏠

We’re happy to share that the slab formworks (porma) are now fully completed and the structure is ready for concrete pouring (buhos) of the slab. 🔨✨ This marks another important step as we move closer to completing the structural works of the ground floor.

From layout to foundation and now slab preparation, the second house continues to move forward steadily on site.

Just a quick update for everyone following our progress!
We would like to share that we are currently working on two houses in the Anyana project site, not just one. 💪

The Part 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 updates that we previously posted were all progress updates for the first house, where we documented the construction stages from the layout up to the structural works of the ground floor.

Now, we would like to show you the current progress of the second house, which has already caught up to the same stage as the last update of House 1. 🏠🔨

We’re excited to keep sharing the real, on-site construction journey as both houses continue to move forward step by step. From layout and foundation works to structural construction, watch as we turn plans into reality.

🏗️🚧 ANYANA PROJECT | PART 5 🚧🏗️
Another milestone achieved on site! 💪

After completing the CHB works on the ground floor, our team has successfully moved through the next stages of structural construction:

✅ CHB Works Completed – Ground floor CHB installation is now fully done, including the CR walls. 🧱 Proper alignment and strength have been ensured for long-term durability.

✅ Columns Completed – All ground floor columns have been poured and cured, providing a solid framework for the slab above. 💪

✅ Ground Floor Slab Poured – The concrete for the ground floor slab has been completed, leveling the structure and preparing it for the next phase.

✅ Ground Floor Beam Done – The ground floor beams are now completed with steel reinforcement, connecting columns and walls for maximum stability. 🔨✨

Every step is executed with precision to ensure strength, durability, and safety. We’re steadily bringing architectural plans to life—one solid structure at a time!
