BAGO MAGBUHOS NG SLAB, CHECK MUNA.

Sa aming project sa Josefa, pinangunahan ng MJRC Architectural Design + Build team ang preparation at checking bago ang concrete pouring.

Hindi porket ready na ang bakal at formworks, buhos na agad. Maraming kailangang i-check muna para siguradong maayos ang trabaho:

✔️ Tamang spacing at layout ng bakal
✔️ Level ng b**a at slab reinforcement
✔️ Electrical at plumbing utilities
✔️ Malinis at clear na site
✔️ Sapat na concrete cover ng mga bakal

Small details matter. Bago tuluyang magbuhos, kailangang siguraduhin muna na tama ang bawat detail—dahil once na tumigas ang concrete, mahirap nang itama ang mga pagkakamali.

Magkano po magpa-renovate? 🛠️

Isa 'to sa pinaka-common na tanong na natatanggap namin. Pero hindi po namin kaagad masasagot 'yan agad-agad — kasi hindi lang floor area ang basehan ng cost.

Depende rin ito sa kalagayan ng bahay niyo: sa materials, electrical, plumbing, at kung gaano karami ang babaguhin. Bawat bahay, iba-iba.

Kaya ang una naming ginagawa ay site inspection — dito namin titignan ang aktwal na kondisyon ng bahay niyo, para makapagb**ay kami ng tamang estimate na base sa totoong sitwasyon, hindi basta hula lang.

Nagpaplano kayong mag-renovate? Mag-message sa amin para makapagsimula tayo sa tamang assessment.

Umuuulan lang, may tagas na?

Huwag hayaang lumala ang problema. Ang tagas sa bubong o kisame ay maaaring senyales ng poor roof drainage, damaged waterproofing, or other issues na kailangan ma-check agad.

Before the damage gets worse, have your property properly assessed and address the source of the leak.

ANO NGA BA ANG UNANG GAGAWIN PARA MAKAPAGPAGAWA NG BAHAY?
Before magpagawa ng plans or mag-start ng construction, alamin muna ang Building Permit requirements ng inyong project.

Saan pupunta?
Pumunta sa City/Municipal Hall ng lugar kung saan located ang property at hanapin ang Office of the Building Official (OBO).

Doon po kayo makakapag-inquire kung ano ang specific requirements, forms, documents, and plans na kailangan para sa Building Permit application.

Important: Nagkakaiba ang requirements depende sa LGU, kaya mas safe na mag-inquire muna directly sa OBO.
