That’s when pull-down or deep cleaning may be recommended.

By pulling down key parts of the indoor unit, technicians can get better access to:
✅ deeper dirt buildup behind the evaporator coil
✅ clogged or dirty drain pans
✅ hard-to-reach areas affecting airflow
✅ moisture and buildup that may contribute to odor or water leakage
✅ areas that cannot be properly cleaned while the unit is still fully assembled

This does not mean every aircon needs pull-down cleaning.
