For this split-type wall-mounted aircon, the outdoor PCB board area was found to be infested by ants.

At first, daw gamay lang nga issue. But once insects or pests reach the PCB area, they can cause bigger problems.

Possible effects may include:
✅ Board damage
✅ Short circuit
✅ Error code
✅ Outdoor unit not running properly
✅ Weak or no cooling
✅ Repeated shutdown

In this case, cleaning alone may not be enough because the PCB board was already affected.

Based on the condition, the recommended next step was board replacement or compatible conversion, depending on parts availability and unit compatibility.

Repair complete: Mitsubishi 1.5HP split-type inverter aircon

For this Mitsubishi split-type inverter aircon, the unit had a malfunctioning indoor blower motor operation due to unstable supply/output going to the indoor blower fan.

The challenge?
The original Mitsubishi parts are already obsolete and difficult to source.

So instead of a simple plug-and-play replacement, this repair required a more technical solution:
✅ Conversion to compatible universal PCB
✅ Wiring modification and connection
✅ Control adjustment based on unit condition
✅ Testing after repair

For older inverter units, original parts may no longer be easy to find.

In some cases, a compatible universal PCB conversion may be a practical repair option, but it has to be done carefully and only when the unit condition allows it.

This type of work needs proper technical handling because wiring, board compatibility, blower operation, and system control all need to work together.
