✅Followed up temporary electrical permit for 2 months, successfully released TODAY
✅Extra expenses for fuel to run machine needed
✅Bought materials ahead of time
✅Communication with trusted suppliers to control minimize impact price hike

From the classroom to the construction site! 🏫➡️🏗️

Today was a double celebration at our latest groundbreaking ceremony. Not only are we turning dirt into a new home, but we are also awarding certificates to our hardworking Work Immersion students from Assumption Iloilo & University of San Agustin (Grade 12 STEM).

Teaching these students about the reality of the field—and introducing them to the world of Building Information Modeling (BIM)—has been a highlight for our firm. Seeing their growth from Day 1 to their completion today gives us so much confidence in the future of Filipino engineering and architecture.

Congratulations, Grade 12 STEM Learners! May you continue to build your dreams with the same enthusiasm and passion you showed us. 🎉🎉🎉

Breaking ground and making moves! 🏗️✨

Today, we officially started construction on the Conta Residence. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of the first shovel hitting the dirt—it’s the moment months of planning and design finally start to take shape.

We are honored to be the design and build team trusted with this beautiful project. It’s going to be a busy few months of foundation, framing, and finishes, and we can’t wait to show you the progress!
