Sa pamamagitan ng Relocation and Actual Survey, ang mga bahay, bakod, poste, at iba pang existing improvements ay aktuwal na sinusukat at ipinoposisyon kaugnay ng legal property boundaries. Sinusuri rin ang approved survey records, technical descriptions, existing monuments, at ground evidence upang malaman kung ang isang structure ay:

Our survey team is currently conducting the precise setting-out of pile locations, structural gridlines, foundation points, and reference controls based on the approved engineering plans. Using GNSS-RTK and Total Station equipment, each point is accurately established on the ground to ensure the correct position, alignment, spacing, and orientation of the proposed structural foundations.

Pile and foundation layout is a critical stage of construction. Even a small positioning error may affect the succeeding structural works, resulting in misalignment, costly corrections, and construction delays. This is why construction layout surveys must be performed and supervised by a Licensed Geodetic Engineer.

COASTAL PROPERTY? MAY LEGAL EASEMENT IYAN. 🌊📍

Sa ilalim ng Water Code of the Philippines, ang mga lupang katabi ng dagat ay may easement of public use, na karaniwang tinatawag na salvage zone:

🏙️ 3 meters – Urban areas
🌾 20 meters – Agricultural or rural areas
🌳 40 meters – Forest lands

Ang bahaging ito ay nakalaan para sa public use, kaya hindi ito dapat basta bakuran, harangan, o tayuan ng permanenteng istruktura.

Bago bumili, magbakod, mag-subdivide, o magpatayo malapit sa baybayin, ipasuri muna ang shoreline at legal easement sa isang Licensed Geodetic Engineer.
