Introducing one of our recently completed interior design projects.

Located on the ground floor of a newly renovated residential home converted into a guesthouse, this space was originally an outdoor koi pond area reimagined as a welcoming lounge for guests.

One of the key design considerations was enhancing the existing entrance without replacing the doorway. By creating a portal-like transition that complements the existing door frame, we established a stronger sense of arrival into the space.

Inside, warm wood finishes, earth tones, and light-colored surfaces were carefully balanced to create a familiar and relaxing atmosphere while maintaining a bright and spacious feel.

A thoughtful transformation that turns an underutilized space into a comfortable extension of the guesthouse experience.

Tucked within the heart of Cebu City, this 20 sqm coffee shop was carefully designed to balance customer capacity and operational efficiency within a compact footprint.

Through thoughtful planning, natural light, and restrained materiality, the space feels open, bright, and breathable — proving that even the smallest interiors can feel generous.

"Play the long game. Build the foundation."

I had the opportunity to speak at Next Blueprint: Crafting Paths Beyond Graduation, where I shared insights with new architecture graduates as they step into their apprenticeship; covering mindset, direction, and how to start building a career-ready portfolio.

It's a no-brainer that Architecture is a broad field, and the gap between academe and practice is real. That’s where apprenticeship becomes crucial.

Too often, we rush through this phase, committing to it for compliance-sake or a way to earn some extra cash. But in hindsight, these are some of the most formative years of our careers. It’s where habits are shaped, standards are set, and foundations are built.

Grateful for the opportunity to share a piece of my journey with the future of our profession.
