In front of the dining area, a wide terrace serves as an inviting extension of the interior, providing a pleasant outdoor space for dining, relaxing, and entertaining.

To address the presence of firewall conditions, the design maximizes large window openings on accessible exterior walls to bring in natural light and ventilation.
