To get a Building Permit in the Philippines, you'll need to submit documents that prove ownership of the property, complete application forms, and provide detailed plans. The exact requirements depend on the type of project and the local building official.

PROPERTY OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
*Certified copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title or Certificate of Title
*Tax Declaration*Current Real Property Tax Receipt

FORMS FROM OFFICE OF BUILDING OFFICIAL OR ENGINEERING OFFICE:
*Application forms: Application for Building Permit (5 -7 copies) and
*Ancillary Permit Forms (5 -7 copies each).

DETAILED PLANS:
*Five to Seven sets of complete, detailed plans signed and sealed by licensed professionals
*Five to Seven sets of Bill of Materials signed and sealed by licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
