UBI has always been committed to equipping its employees with the knowledge and skills needed to create a safer, healthier, and more productive work environment. In line with this, 55 employees recently completed the 5-day Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Webinar, strengthening their understanding of workplace safety — from identifying hazards, to preventing accidents, and managing risks.

Day 3: Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support Training

The First Aid and Basic Life Support training for 30 UBI employees officially concluded last July 3, 2026, marking another milestone in the company's commitment to workplace safety and employee preparedness.

This would not have been possible without the competent and dependable men and women of Bureau of Fire Protection – Region XI. UBI is grateful that our participants completed three days of intensive learning and practical emergency response training under their guidance.

As we continue to uphold ISO 45001 standards and comply with RA 11058, we remain dedicated to fostering a safer, more prepared, and more resilient workforce. Together, we strengthen our commitment to protecting lives and promoting a culture of safety.
