SOFIA Cabinet Studio is looking for a PRODUCT AFTER-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST to join our growing team! ✨

Be part of our team and help us provide excellent customer service by handling customer concerns, product issues, warranty claims, repairs, returns, and replacements.

📌 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, after-sales support, product support, or a related position is preferred.

Experience handling product complaints, warranty claims, repairs, returns, and replacements is an advantage.

Familiarity with product troubleshooting, warranty policies, and after-sales service processes.
