IMAGINE A CITY THAT STRETCHES 170 KM IN A STRAIGHT LINE, WHERE YOU CAN TRAVEL ACROSS IN JUST 20 MINUTES—NO CARS, JUST A HIGH-SPEED RAIL. THIS IS THE VISION BEHIND "THE LINE," A FUTURISTIC CITY IN SAUDI ARABIA DESIGNED TO BE CAR-FREE, SUSTAINABLE, AND INTEGRATED WITH NATURE. IT’S A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN LIVE, WORK, AND PLAY WITHIN MINUTES OF EACH OTHER, ALL WHILE USING RENEWABLE ENERGY. I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER WHAT THE WORLD WILL LOOK LIKE WHEN THIS DREAM BECOMES A REALITY.

BEWARE OF BAD CONTRACTORS IN THE PHILIPPINES! 🚧⚠️

Building your dream home or project? Don’t let pakyaw, fly-by-night, or bogus contractors turn it into a disaster! Many clients fall victim to dishonest and incompetent builders, leading to unfinished projects, poor workmanship, and wasted money.

🔥 COMMON MISTAKES BAD CONTRACTORS MAKE:
❌ Budget Overruns – They start with a low quote but keep increasing costs midway.
❌ Poor Workmanship – Using cheap materials and unskilled labor, resulting in structural issues.
❌ Delays & Abandonment – Promising fast completion but leaving projects unfinished for months or even years.
❌ Hidden Charges – Surprise expenses not included in the contract.
❌ No Transparency – No proper documentation, receipts, or progress reports.
❌ Scamming Clients – Some disappear after getting a down payment, never to be seen again.

🔍 HOW TO AVOID BAD CONTRACTORS:
✅ Hire Licensed and Reputable Contractors – Check for permits, licenses, and past projects.
✅ Get a Detailed Contract – Everything should be in writing, including scope, materials, costs, and deadlines.
✅ Inspect Materials & Work Progress – Don’t just trust their word; verify quality.
✅ Use Milestone Payments – Never pay 100% upfront; release payments as work is completed.
✅ Ask for References – Check their previous projects and talk to past clients.

A poorly built structure is more expensive in the long run. Don’t fall for cheap prices that compromise quality and safety. Hire contractors who value honesty, quality, and professionalism.
