‼️Qualifications :

☑️At least 3–5 years of experience in operating or managing an asphalt batching plant / hot mix asphalt plant.
☑️Experience in road construction, asphalt paving, DPWH projects, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

☑️Knowledge of asphalt mix production and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) processes.
☑️Familiarity with batching plant controls, calibration, temperature monitoring, and production parameters.
☑️Knowledge of aggregate gradation, asphalt binder, additives, and proper material proportioning.
☑️Able to monitor production rate, fuel consumption, material consumption, and plant efficiency.
☑️Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
☑️Familiarity with asphalt mix design, JMF (Job Mix Formula), and quality-control requirements is an advantage.
☑️Able to read and understand plant operating manuals, production reports, and technical specifications.
☑️Can supervise plant operators, mechanics, electricians, loaders, and other plant personnel.
☑️Capable of scheduling production based on project requirements and paving schedules.
☑️Able to ensure continuous and sufficient asphalt production for site operations.
☑️Strong coordination and communication skills.
☑️Can prepare and submit daily production, inventory, equipment, and operational reports.

‼️Other Requirements
☑️Willing to be assigned to project sites/remote locations.
☑️Willing to work extended hours depending on project and paving requirements.
☑️Physically and mentally capable of working in a hot, dusty, and outdoor plant environment.
☑️Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and proper equipment operation.
☑️Relevant certifications, training, or licenses in asphalt plant operation, heavy equipment, or occupational safety are an advantage.
