South Palms Resort Interior Fit-Out

Commissioned to JZM Architecture & Construction Services by Alturas Group of Companies, the South Palms Resort Interior Fit-Out project encompasses the supply and installation of interior works and utility fixtures across 30 villa units, with a total floor area of 1,410 sqm.
The design and ex*****on approach was guided by the principles of tropical restraint, functional durability, and refined spatial consistency—aligned with the operational demands of a high-end hospitality development.
Situated within the coastal environment of Panglao Island, the material palette draws inspiration from natural textures and warm tones, translating the surrounding landscape into a cohesive interior language. Each unit was delivered with strict attention to alignment, detailing, and material uniformity to ensure a consistent guest experience across all villas.
The result is a carefully calibrated balance between aesthetic restraint and operational efficiency—supporting long-term performance while maintaining a quiet sense of island luxury.
