Auto Center - scenes from site.
Satisfying to see how everything shapes up when the scaffoldings are down. Given the challenging conditions, the whole team was able to pull this off just in time for the client’s deadline. There’s still a lot of work to be done, we’re gonna get there soon.

Core+ : scenes from site
Almost there, but not quite yet. We obsessed over every possible detail on this project, in order provide a very sensory experience for the users of the space. As with every work we take on, there’s numerous hurdles and hard decisions to be made. As we’re on the homestretch, all the hard work is finally paying off ⚡️

Vertical Extension House - glimpses from the site
It might have taken a while to get this far, but this vertical residential extension is shaping up nicely.
The clients, a family of 4, have outgrown their existing house and needs additional space for their evolving needs. Given the limited space, the extension is done vertically, built over the existing garage.
Even with the site limitations, we emphasized drawing in as much light and ventilation as comfortably possible, and these snaps captures the intent quite well.

A day in one of our projects under construction.
We take pride in the level of thought we place into the process. Though the site is assumed as static, it is a dynamic mix of elements, systems and workflows. We make sure each detail serve its intended purpose, and each step contributes to the whole system working properly.
