Sterling Construction & Development Corp. is looking for a driven and detail-oriented ๐‰๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฅ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ซ to join our team in Carmona, Cavite.

๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
โ€ข BS Civil Engineering graduate
โ€ข Licensed Civil Engineer
โ€ข Knowledgeable in NSCP, ACI, and AISC codes
โ€ข Basic proficiency in STAAD/MIDAS and AutoCAD
โ€ข Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
โ€ข Good teamwork and communication skills

๐‘๐จ๐ฅ๐ž & ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
โ€ข Assist in structural analysis and design
โ€ข Prepare CAD drawings, sketches, and documentation
โ€ข Coordinate with architects, senior engineers, and contractors
โ€ข Conduct basic site inspections when needed
