HR /Admin Coordinator
(to be assigned in Davao Del Norte)
Job Description:
*Help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
*Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
*Help develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration.
*Assist in recruitment, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
*Help develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
*Leaves and payroll administration, travel booking administration
*Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
*Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members
*Counsels employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
Qualifications:
*College graduate in Business or Behavioral Science Course; Psychology, or a related field.
*At least 2-3 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources
*Newly Graduate are welcome to apply.
*With strong Labor Relations skills and exposure.
*Excellent in oral and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct group presentation and facilitation.
*Proven organizational and influencing skills and the ability to work effectively with others, regardless of level or function.
