We started by sanding the existing surface to remove imperfections and create a suitable bonding profile, followed by the application of acrylic odourless primer for a properly conditioned and uniform base.
Once the surface was ready, our team meticulously handcrafted the signature JMC Algorithm Pattern, carefully building the natural movement, depth, and character of the limewash finish.
The project was completed with our JMC Customized True Matte Top Coat, giving the surface its refined, elegant, and sophisticated matte appearance.

From a failed waterproofing experiment using Polytuf, sealant, cardboard, and alkitran, this roof needed more than another coating—it needed proper preparation.
We removed the deteriorated layers, thoroughly cleaned the surface, applied heavy-duty oxide primer, then installed ZDH White Micro Fiber Mesh Cloth with its compatible adhesive. The mesh was fully sealed before applying the final protective paint coating.
