Architectural design changes are normal and expected due to various factors at different project stages:

• Engineer Coordination: Incorporating suggestions from structural, mechanical, and other engineers.
3. Construction Phase:
• Site Conditions: Dealing with unexpected site issues.
• Contractor Input: Adopting efficient construction methods.
• Client Requests: Implementing new ideas from clients during construction.
4. Post-Construction:
• Punch List Items: Fixing issues identified during final inspections.
• Future Modifications: Accommodating renovations or expansions.

Common Types of Design Changes:
• Aesthetic Changes: Alterations to style and appearance.

From its sleek facade to its thoughtfully curated amenities, every aspect of this building embodies the essence of contemporary living for its target end users.

𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀: The building's exterior showcases clean lines, geometric forms, and minimalist detailing, creating a striking visual presence that stands out amidst the urban landscape. A combination of glass, metal slats, and composite cladding lends a sense of sophistication and modernity, while expansive windows and balconies provide residents with ample natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape.
Maximizing natural light by incorporating large windows, glass doors into the design. Natural light not only enhances the overall ambiance of the space but also makes it feel larger and more inviting, and with the use of metal slats as sun breakers, to offer effective glare protection and reduce heat intake, while maintaining excellent transparency.

Creating a narrow garden with a Japandi-inspired design involves combining elements of Japanese minimalism & simplicity to create a harmonious and serene outdoor space. Some points to design your own narrow minimalist garden involves:

🟤Opt for a clean and simple layout with clean lines and geometric shapes. Keep pathways straight and narrow to maximize space efficiency.
🟤Incorporate elements of Japanese Zen gardens such as gravel or pebble pathways, rock formations, and water features like a small pond or a simple fountain. These elements add tranquility and promote relaxation
🟤Use natural materials like wood, stone, and bamboo to create texture and warmth in the garden. Consider adding a wooden deck or pathway, stone stepping stones, and bamboo fencing or screens.
🟤Incorporate Japanese-inspired elements such as low wooden benches, stone lanterns, and ceramic pottery for a touch of authenticity.

Nestled amidst the whispering pines and crisp mountain air of Baguio City. Our rustic small hotel design captures the essence of mountain living, blending traditional Cordilleran charm with modern comforts to create an unforgettable getaway experience.

Step into a cozy lobby, where the warmth of a crackling fireplace and the earthy aroma of pine greet you. Exposed wooden beams, reclaimed hardwood floors, and indigenous artwork showcase the rich heritage of the Cordillera region, while oversized windows frame breathtaking vistas of the mountains beyond.

Isometric drawings are crucial for architectural design as they provide a three-dimensional view of a building or space on a two-dimensional plane. Unlike traditional orthographic projections, which only show front, side, and top views, isometric drawings allow designers to visualize the building's true shape and scale accurately.

Isometric drawings are useful for communicating design concepts to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, as they offer a more intuitive and realistic representation of the final product compared to orthographic projections. Overall, isometric drawings are an essential tool for architects to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound buildings while minimizing errors and misunderstandings throughout the design and construction process.
