Proposed garage with 1-bedroom at second floor and residential Improvement.
The homeowner asked if it was possible to build a garage for his vehicles and add an extra room for his child—specifically one designed to avoid issues like demolishing. Our team planned a dual-purpose garage: we designed a roof slab that serves as an upper-level terrace balcony, incorporating the additional room complete with its own bathroom and kitchen, into that space.
Another challenge was ensuring the new design remained consistent with the home's original style. The client also inquired about potentially remodeling the front of the house. We also ensures that the quality of materials and works are given to this project for example is the structural, we used standard sizes of steel and concrete that can safely lift the loads, This post showcases the finished project; we prioritized the scope of work that fit the client's budget, and by God's grace, the project was successfully completed.
