This is also true to project construction and management. Your first few projects will definitely have some or few error but experience is a great teacher and project turnover becomes smoother over time.

This ceramics professor changed how I think about business.
Day one of class. He splits the room in half.

Group 1: "Spend 16 weeks creating one perfect pot."
Group 2: "Make 50 pounds of pots. Quantity over quality."

Group 1 spent weeks planning.
Perfecting designs.
Reading pottery books.

Group 2 started immediately.
Pot 1: Collapsed.
Pot 2: Cracked.
Pot 3: Lopsided.
They kept going. Learning from each failure.

The results at 16 weeks:

Every beautiful, technically perfect pot came from Group 2.
The quantity group. The ones who embraced their terrible first attempts.

This is why I tell every entrepreneur: EMBRACE the awful first draft.
