We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper specializing in BIR compliance to handle the company’s financial records, tax filings, and government compliance requirements. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in Philippine taxation, bookkeeping procedures, and BIR regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
- Must have at 1 year of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation and BIR regulations
- Must have knowledge in corporate accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Equipped with laptop
- Strong understanding of BIR and SEC forms and requirements
- Knowledgeable to government transactions

Responsibilities:
* Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities
* Prepare and process BIR tax filings and government compliance documents
* Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment tracking
* Manage Accounts Payable (AP), vendor payments, and expenses
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Prepare financial reports
* Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
* Support month-end financial processes

Preferred:
* Experience handling construction or corporate company accounts is an advantage.

🕗 Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (Full time and On-site)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 SALARY: ₱25,000.00

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
* Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
* Preferable with 1-2 years of experience in civil/structural works
* Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or other CAD software is required
* Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when necessary
* With experience in construction/site supervision is an advantage
* Knowledgeable in construction methods, site operations, and project coordination
* Able to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
* Responsible, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision

REQUIREMENTS:
* Updated Resume/CV
* Diploma
* NBI Clearance/Police Clearance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel
* Monitor project progress and manpower
* Assist in quality control and site inspections
* Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation
* Identify and report site issues and assist in resolving construction concerns
* Perform other duties related to project and site operations as assigned
