For this project, we designed the staircase as more than just a circulation element—it became a focal architectural feature. The warm wood finish extends from the treads into the dramatic vertical feature wall, creating a strong visual connection from the ground floor all the way up.

This week, we officially started construction of this small and quaint guest house.

Our clients envisioned a homey, cabin-type space where they can comfortably welcome family and friends. More than just a guest house, it was designed to function much like a tiny home—compact, cozy and practical.

We're excited to see this little home take shape and eventually become a warm and welcoming space for their guests.

From renderings to reality. ✨

We are proud to have designed Zubaibai’s third and biggest branch to date, located in one of Cagayan de Oro’s premier and most well-loved destinations since the 1990's— Limketkai Mall.

Seeing our design come to life is always a rewarding experience, but being part of a growing local brand’s journey makes it even more meaningful.

We are grateful for the trust and opportunity to be part of Zubaibai’s journey, and we look forward to seeing this new space welcome even more people, memories, and milestones.

While still under construction, let us share a quick tour of this 40-square-meter office where every square meter is maximized to accommodate a reception area, a workspace for 10, a private office, and a compact conference room that doubles as a pantry.

Today's site visit at House M.

One of the highlights was seeing the installation of this stunning lighting fixture. It's always exciting to watch the design come to life, and we can't wait to see the space fully transformed once all the major lighting fixtures are in place.🙏🏼
