✅ Slim Column with Proper Reinforcement

Sa structural engineering, ang tunay na lakas ng column ay hindi lang sa kapal ng concrete.

Mas mahalaga ang:

✔ tamang rebar spacing
✔ tamang reinforcement design
✔ tamang load distribution

Kahit mas manipis na column, kung tama ang reinforcement layout, mas magiging structurally efficient at mas matibay ito kaysa sa makapal na column na kulang sa bakal.

🧱 MYTH vs FACT (Construction Edition)

MYTH: “Pare-pareho lang ang concrete.”
FACT: May iba't ibang concrete strength (PSI / MPa) depende sa structural requirement.

Hindi lahat ng concrete ay pareho ang lakas. Sa construction, may iba't ibang concrete strength ratings na ginagamit depende sa kung saan ito ilalagay sa structure.

Halimbawa:

🏗️ Footings at foundations – mas mataas na strength
🏢 Columns at beams – specific engineered mix
🏠 Slabs at flooring – ibang requirement

Kapag maling concrete strength ang ginamit, maaaring magdulot ito ng:

⚠️ Structural cracks
⚠️ Weak structural members
⚠️ Reduced durability ng building

Kaya sa professional construction, mahalaga ang tamang concrete mix design.

Ang tamang bahay nagsisimula sa tamang kaalaman.
At kung kailangan mo ng professional guidance sa building, nandito kami.
