Tiu Laurel Jr. ang sertipiko ng No Objection Letter 1 (NOL 1) sa lalawigan ng Quirino para sa kanilang iminungkahing proyektong ๐‘๐ž๐ก๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‹๐ข๐ ๐š๐ฒ๐š-๐•๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š ๐•๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š ๐…๐Œ๐‘ sa ilalim ng Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) Scale-Up, sa DA Central Office, Quezon City.

Ang 5.76 kilometrong kalsada ay may kabuuang halaga na โ‚ฑ118.68 milyon. Inaasahan itong makatutulong sa pagbawas ng gastos sa transportasyon, pagpapadali sa pag-access ng mga produkto at pamilihan, pagpapataas ng produktibidad sa agrikultura, at pagpapalago ng kita ng mga magsasaka.

Tinanggap nina Quirino Vice Governor Julius Caesar Vaquilar, PNRE Officer Estrella Pasion, Provincial Engineer Rusell Lozano, Ms. Mary Cris Tuguinay, at Mr. Richard Mark Ramos ang sertipiko ng No Objection Letter (NOL) 1.

Hindi lamang sila ang puso ng ating agrikulturaโ€”isa rin sila sa mga pangunahing tagapagtaguyod ng paglago ng ating ekonomiya. Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang walang sawang paggawa, natitiyak ang suplay ng pagkain, napapalakas ang kabuhayan ng maraming pamilya, at naitataguyod ang pag-unlad ng ating mga komunidad.

Hindi lahat ng bayani ay nagsusuot ng kapa. Ang iba ay humaharap sa matinding init ng araw, malalakas na ulan, at iba't ibang kalamidad upang matiyak na may sapat na pagkain sa ating mga hapag at may mas ligtas na kinabukasan ang bawat komunidad.
