🚨 URGENT HIRING: PROJECT IN CHARGE
📍 Locations: Batangas City & Laguna
Primo Innovations Development Corp. is looking for a Project-In-Charge to handle the construction and site implementation of the following projects:
1. Coffee Shop Project – Batangas City
2. Residential Project – Laguna
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
-With experience in construction site supervision (commercial fit-out and residential project experience is an advantage)
-Knowledgeable in construction methods, scheduling, and coordination
-Able to manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors
-Can prepare progress reports and coordinate with management
-Willing to be assigned on-site in Batangas City and Laguna
Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day site operations
-Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to plans
-Coordinate with suppliers, workers, and management
-Monitor quality, safety, and work progress
