Progress continues on our ongoing 3-storey mixed-use building project in Batangas City. 👷‍♂️

The site is currently being prepared for the concrete pouring of the second-floor slab, with ongoing works focused on rebar laying and beam reinforcement layout to ensure proper structural preparation and reinforcement placement.

Every detail matters—from accurate rebar positioning to proper beam and slab preparation—as we continue building with quality, precision, and safety in mind. 💪
