Existing Condition
The existing marketplace lacked adequate and properly organized storage for rice, limiting its capacity to respond to increasing demand and creating inefficiencies in handling, stacking, and circulation.

Design Objective
The project aimed to establish a well-planned storage facility that integrates efficient spatial organization, appropriate structural systems, and a clear logistical flow. The design was developed to support seamless receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining proper conditions for preservation, accessibility, and day-to-day operations.

Completed Project
The completed facility significantly improved the organization and utilization of the available space. A more efficient layout and streamlined circulation now support smoother material handling, optimized storage capacity, and improved operational flow.

Through thoughtful planning and functional architectural solutions, the project transformed the existing storage conditions into a more efficient and responsive facility—better equipped to accommodate growing demand while contributing positively to the surrounding community.

Objective:
Designed as a private retreat for a young family seeking respite from the fast-paced environment of Metro Manila, the residence was envisioned as a weekend getaway that reconnects the family with the tropical landscape. The design focuses on creating a relaxed, comfortable, and nature-oriented environment where the family can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy quality time together.

Result:
The project successfully translates the idea of a tropical retreat into a warm and comfortable family home. Beyond serving as their weekend escape, the residence has become an integral part of the family’s experiences and core memories—providing a place where they can continuously reconnect with nature, each other, and the simple moments that make every weekend meaningful.
