For CONSTRUCTION SERVICES,
➡️ We only accept within nearby BATANGAS AREAS only and by schedule.
➡️ We only accomodate 4 projects per year to maintain our Quality Works.
We believe that,
More projects = Less effectivity
➡️ We personally visit the site almost everyday, that’s why our projects has 95-100% Accuracy from Design to Actual output. Lead by Sps. Arki Ester & Project Mgr. Leo Valenzuela. Dedicated at your service.👊
➡️ We are loaded until mid 2027 already.

For DESIGN SERVICES,
➡️ We also have leadtime. 1 month or more for 1 house design to finish.
➡️ We don’t sell the plans which are already built houses.
Strictly 1 Design= 1 Client Policy.
➡️ Available slots to open on July.
➡️ Advantage if you are here at Batangas.
➡️ We accept design services outside Batangas if:
- It’s New Construction, not renovation project that needs to do asbuilt plan for actual measurements.
If Renovation, we suggest you hire architect that can inspect your house.
- We can sign the in-charge of construction (Areas like Cavite, Manila, Laguna, Luzon areas only)
This means it is possible for us to do site visits.
