Bridging Academe and Industry. Building Opportunities for the Next Generation.

JTL Prime Development Corporation is grateful for the opportunity to meet with the team from Technological University of the Philippines – Cavite to explore a meaningful collaboration between academe and the construction industry.

This partnership opens the door for TUP-Cavite students to gain hands-on experience through internship opportunities at JTL Prime, allowing them to learn beyond the classroom and experience the realities of working in a professional Design & Build organization.

But more than internships, we are also looking forward to creating a career pathway for TUP-Cavite graduates who may eventually become part of the growing JTL Prime family.

As they complete their studies and enter the professional world, we hope to provide opportunities where qualified graduates can bring their knowledge, skills, fresh ideas, and passion into actual projects and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

At the same time, JTL Prime gains the opportunity to connect with a pool of talented young professionals while contributing to the development of industry-ready engineers, architects, and future leaders in the construction industry.

It was a productive and inspiring discussion with Dr. Alvin Genito, Industrial Relations and Job Placement, and Engr. Aldrin Dela Cuesta, Associate Professor, together with JTL Prime's Engr. Tom Queliza, Engr. Mark Louie Torres, and HR Senior Specialist Phoebe Gervacio.

We believe that the best partnerships are those where both sides grow, learn, and create opportunities for one another.

This is more than an internship program.

It is about creating a bridge from the classroom to the real world, from learning to professional experience, and from being a student to becoming part of the industry.

We are excited about what we can build together with TUP-Cavite, and we look forward to welcoming their interns and future graduates into the JTL Prime family.

STANDING FOR WHAT IS RIGHT.

Recently, JTL Prime Development Corporation faced something that, as a growing company, we never expected to experience.

For the first time, we had to face a labor case filed against the company.

Hindi madaling humarap sa ganitong sitwasyon.

There were questions, uncertainty, legal processes to understand, documents to prepare, and expenses that came with defending the company. But from the very beginning, one thing remained clear to us:

If we know that we acted fairly, properly, and within the bounds of our responsibilities as an employer, we should not be afraid to stand our ground.

We chose to face the process.

We chose to present the facts.

We chose to let the proper authorities decide.

And today, we are grateful to God for guiding us through it.

The complaint filed against JTL Prime Development Corporation was dismissed by the National Labor Relations Commission, Regional Arbitration Branch IV Satellite Office.

For us, this is more than just a legal document.

It is a reminder that doing the right thing is not always easy, but it is always worth standing for.

As a company, we will always do our best to treat our people with respect, compassion, and fairness. But at the same time, we also have a responsibility to protect the company, our clients, our projects, and the people who faithfully do their part.

We believe in second chances. We believe in compassion. But we also believe in accountability.

To our JTL family, let this be a reminder:

We will always stand behind what is right.
We will always follow due process.
And we will always protect the integrity of JTL.

We did not ask for this battle.

But when it came, we faced it.

And once again, we are reminded that when we do our part and leave the rest to God, He takes care of what we cannot control.

A LOOK BACK BEFORE THE TURNOVER | ROSEVILLE RESIDENCE

Before our much-awaited turnover of the Roseville Residence in Dasmariñas, Cavite, here’s a little throwback to one of the earlier stages of this project.

At the time this video was taken, the project was still around 60% accomplished, with Engr. Elmer walking us through the progress and explaining one of the key construction materials used for this home, the AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Blocks, and how they compare to the traditional Concrete Hollow Blocks (CHB).

It’s always interesting to look back at these stages and see how much a project transforms over time.

From the structure taking shape, to the walls being built, and now, with the project nearing 90% completion, we’re just a few steps away from seeing this home ready for its new chapter.

Almost at the finish line, Roseville.

Stay tuned as we get closer to the much-awaited turnover of this beautiful home.

From plans, to progress, to a place you can finally call home.

Five Years of Building Dreams, Relationships, and Trust.

Last week, we celebrated a milestone that means so much to all of us, the 5th Anniversary of JTL Prime Development Corporation.

And what a celebration it was. Safe to say, it was an absolute blast, a little wild, and definitely one for the books! It was a night filled with laughter, great conversations, unforgettable moments, and a well-deserved celebration of everything we've accomplished together.

As we look back on the past five years, our hearts are filled with gratitude. What started as a vision has grown into a company built not only on concrete and steel, but on trust, integrity, teamwork, and meaningful relationships.
