From “For Rent” to “Our Home Again” ❤️🏠
There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing a client genuinely happy with the results of a renovation. 🙏
Story time:
I first met Kuya Don and Ate Mary Anne back in 2016 when I visited California. They were introduced to me by one of my clients. They shared that they had invested in a condo in Makati, but they had never personally seen the unit—they simply had it rented out.
Fast-forward to 2026, Kuya Don reached out to me again. Their condo had aged over the years, so they decided to have it renovated to make it more beautiful, comfortable, and marketable for a higher rental rate.
The timing was even more special because they were finally coming home to the Philippines after many years. They planned to stay in their condo starting August 10.
He messaged me on June 12. We had our meeting and presented the renovation proposal on July 2. They made their decision on July 3, and by August 5, we had completed the renovation—less than 30 working days, including permits, custom cabinets, and all the necessary works.
Then came the best part. ❤️
On August 10, we personally turned over the unit to them when they arrived in the Philippines. Seeing their faces and hearing how happy they were with the results made all the hard work worth it.
And the words that meant the most to us:
“Uuwi kami ulit. Gagamitin ulit namin yung unit. Thank you, Avicor Builders.”❤️
What started as a condo investment for rent became a place they could finally enjoy and call home again.
