Project: 7 Houses Project
Location: City of San Fernando, La Union
Project turnover: 12-20-25
The design of this project follows a Contemporary Minimalist approach, characterized by bold geometric forms and a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor elements.
The architectural strategy focuses on creating a contemporary family retreat that prioritizes privacy while maximizing natural light and ventilation.
📌Asymmetrical Massing Geometry: The structure utilizes sharp, angular rooflines and multi-level volumes to create a dynamic, sculptural silhouette.
📌Material Contrast: The design employs a sophisticated mix of modern materials, such as dark metal cladding (Flexseam) and white concrete, juxtaposed with natural elements like stone feature walls and wood-finished eaves.
📌Large Glazed Openings: Floor-to-ceiling windows and large glass panels are used to dissolve boundaries between the interior and exterior, providing expansive views and enhancing natural illumination.
📌Landscaped Integration: The project features a structured landscape with manicured lawns and a distinct, textured stone-paved driveway, emphasizing a balanced relationship between the built environment and its surroundings.
📌Functional Zoning: The layout appears to follow a contemporary model of "effortless living," with open-plan spaces and dedicated areas for both social interaction and private retreat.
