The architectural strategy focuses on creating a contemporary family retreat that prioritizes privacy while maximizing natural light and ventilation.

đź“ŚMaterial Contrast: The design employs a sophisticated mix of modern materials, such as dark metal cladding (Flexseam) and white concrete, juxtaposed with natural elements like stone feature walls and wood-finished eaves.
đź“ŚLarge Glazed Openings: Floor-to-ceiling windows and large glass panels are used to dissolve boundaries between the interior and exterior, providing expansive views and enhancing natural illumination.
