Success Story – Geua Nou, Hygiene Technician
On 31 July 2025, Geua Nou began her journey with ProPest Control as a Hygiene Technician. One year later, we are proud to celebrate her first anniversary and recognize her dedication, growth, and commitment to delivering quality hygiene services to our clients.
Over the past 12 months, Geua has shown dedication, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to delivering quality hygiene services to our clients. From her first day, she set herself a simple goal to complete each day's work to the best of her ability while continuing to learn and improve along the way.
Like any new role, the journey has come with its challenges, but Geua has embraced every opportunity to grow. Through the support of her teammates and hands-on experience in the field, she has built her confidence and expanded her skills in chemical handling, equipment operation, workplace safety, communication, and problem-solving.
What Geua enjoys most about her role is knowing that her work makes a real difference. Every day, she helps create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments for our clients. She also values the balance of working independently while being part of a team that supports one another to get the job done.
A typical day for Geua starts by reviewing her service schedule, making sure the Prosan service vehicle is fully stocked, and checking that all equipment is ready before heading out to service clients. Her focus is always on providing reliable, service and ensuring every job is completed safely and on time.
One of the most rewarding parts of her job is hearing positive feedback from customers and knowing that her work has had a positive impact. She enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and sharing the importance of good hygiene practices.
When reflecting on her first year with ProPest, Geua says one of the things she appreciates most is the strong teamwork within the company. Everyone works together, supports one another, and shares the same goal of providing the best service possible.
