🌏 Bringing Our Leaders Together | Smithbridge Group Leadership Forum 2026

Our Smithbridge Group Leadership Forum brought together leaders from across Australia, New Zealand and Guam for two days of collaboration, networking and knowledge sharing.

With Customers, Crew and Capability at the heart of the discussions, the forum was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences and strengthen connections across our businesses.

It was fantastic to have everyone together, reflecting on our achievements, exploring new opportunities and looking ahead to the future.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making these two days a success!

Investing today. Impacting tomorrow. 💛

Great to see this project taking shape at Hamilton East School! 🏗️

Our Universal Cranes New Zealand team was proud to support A-Line with the installation of the two-storey modular classroom building, with three cranes working together across two days to safely lift and position the modular units.

A fantastic example of teamwork, planning and how modular construction can help deliver complex projects efficiently.

Thanks to A-Line for having us involved — we’re looking forward to seeing the finished result!

A great conversation worth listening to.

Dashelle Bailey, a third-generation of Smithbridge Group, recently participated in the Significant Women Podcast, where she speaks openly about her family’s journey in building and running a successful business across Australia, New Zealand and Guam.

Dash also shares a very personal part of her own journey, including how severe postpartum depression challenged her usual approach of simply working harder and led her to rethink resilience, leadership and what truly matters.
It’s an insightful conversation that offers a deeper understanding of the people, experiences and values behind a multi-generational, family-owned business.

What does it take to move a 24-tonne building? A lot of planning, teamwork, and the right equipment. 🏗️

Universal Cranes recently assisted Mako Commercial with the relocation of The Botanic Hub, including the move of staff amenities, the administration office, and the 24-tonne Hub building featured in this clip.

We're proud to have played a part in delivering this project safely and smoothly alongside the Mako team.

Great work by everyone involved.

A great lift completed over the weekend at Maraetai Beach, where our team successfully lifted a tiny home 48 metres up and over the client’s property using our Liebherr LTM1230. Great work by everyone involved! 👏
