Busy month on site. Final touches going in at Coopers Beach, and cladding is well underway at Pataua.

Progress update on our Pataua build.

Roof’s on and the joinery’s just landed on site too, so it’s all go.

Curved wall is always a good challenge.

Can’t wait for the cladding on this one.
Recycled hardwood, reclaimed from old power poles. Solid timber with a bit of history.

Great progress over the last few weeks at our Coroglen build.

The roof is now on, and with those stunning Coromandel views, plenty of sunshine, and a top crew on site, it’s been rewarding to see this home really start to come together.

Taking shape in the hills above Coopers Beach, Doubtless Bay 🌿

This architectural, off-grid home is coming to life with rammed earth walls, band-sawn macrocarpa weatherboard cladding, and copper accents. A build that blends natural materials with thoughtful design – grounded, warm, and made to last.

Great progress on our latest Stoney Hill build.

Clad in striking Sumiyaki - charred Accoya - with cedar and copper accents, which pairs beautifully with our rammed earth walls, creating a natural, timeless finish.
