Getting the doors done and stacked! 👌

30/07/2026

We recently completed a few smaller jobs, a entrance door that desperately needed a repaint for a house sale & a very well weathered gable end to house in the country.

It's not all about the big jobs here at Marlin Property Solutions, sometimes when you do the smaller jobs they can turn into bigger ones or referrals to other jobs as well - sometimes both 😃

Big jobs or small, we do them all.

Door - New Denim Blue
Gable end - New Denim Blue barge board & window sills, Okarito soffits & cladding.

Thank you Waipu Caves Farm Park for having us as one of your sponsors for your awesome event.

Congratulations to the winners of our spot prize vouchers each taking home a $200 Bunnings gift card & a $200 Guthrie Bowron voucher.

We had a awesome day for our inaugural Trail Run Walk here at Waipu Caves Farm Park. Photos and videos will follow over the next few days with time stamps of the day due to poor cell phone coverage.

Thank you to everyone who got involved with the event, we had some teething issues but that is expected for our first ever event. A shout out to our food truck vendors and sponsors of our event for Spot Prizes (photo taken during spot prize draw)

Got to love these damp days, heat gun out 🔥

What a way to end the week by finishing an interior repaint on Friday! 👌🍻

This one had the full works done to it from stripping wallpaper & skimming walls, digging out cracks on every ceiling, stopping/plastering them. You name it, we done it! 👍

Looking the part now & ready for the carpet & vinyl to be installed.

Colours chosen from the Dulux colours of New Zealand range:

Okarito - Ceilings
Mason Bay 1/4 - Walls
Cardona 1/2 - Door & trim

Have a great weekend everyone 😎

Here we go on another adventure up the Sky Tower to raise funds for Blood Cancer New Zealand 😄

We'd really appreciate it if you can to help our team "Peer pressured athletics" raise our goal of $1103 for this vital service. So whatever amount you could spare will make a big difference 👌

Why $1103? That's how many steps we are climbing from the bottom to the top of the sky tower. $1 per step I reckon we can nail that aye team?

Please follow the link below 👇 Thanks 🫶

I'm racing up the Sky Tower to raise vital funds and awareness for Blood Cancer NZ. Every day 8 children and adults in New Zealand are diagnosed with a blood cancer like leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. Blood Cancer NZ is the national charity dedicated to supporting patients and their families, this...
