SEEKING SAVVY INVESTORS!! TURN A HOME INTO INCOME 🏡💵

Looking for your next investment opportunity? Golden Homes currently have TWO high return locations to build new show homes.

Building a show home with Golden Homes is a strategic investment that offers a pragmatic approach to owning property. Let’s have a look at a few of the advantages of owning a show home with Golden Homes..

Location, Location, Location:
Show homes are generally situated in high demand areas, which means their value appreciates quickly. Show homes often become a central point for community development, and the demand for homes in those areas can increase as people see the benefits of living in a well planned, beautifully designed neighborhood.

Rental Security:
Golden Homes offers a unique opportunity for investors by agreeing to rent back the show home from you! This arrangement ensures a steady stream of rental income during the initial phase of ownership. You can enjoy a reliable cash flow, while waiting for the property's value to appreciate. The rental terms also mean that the property is likely to be maintained to a high standard, ensuring that it retains its market value.

Fantastic Yield:
We offer a fair market rate on rent for the duration of our tenancy, which means you get the best yield benefits for your area. Since our show homes are situated in up and coming locations, even after our tenancy ends, you will experience high levels of demand and a profitable rental return for years to follow.

GST Benefits:
Currently, there is no GST to pay on rental income from long-term residential renting. Because the property would be used for residential renting, there is no GST to pay on the rental income, which can lead to considerable savings. This lowers the overall cost of ownership and increases profitability.

By choosing to invest in a show home with Golden Homes, you not only gain access to a well crafted, high quality property but also leverage the numerous financial incentives designed to maximize returns. For more info on owning your show home, contact Colin today!
