This is an example of how a property can be spruced up for sale on a budget.

Repainted the interior, painted the back deck, front steps and base and removed exterior paint that had bubbled in certain areas along with fixing the flaking exterior windows, driveway and path chemical clean and waterblast brought it to life and increased the value over just a couple of weeks of work in the right places.

This restoration project was a complete strip of all exterior paint from weatherboards and windows, a lot of rotten weatherboards were replaced, an old Pagola was removed and significant broken or rotten timber panels were replaced as we discovered them through the preparation stage

The original terracotta tiled roof was leaking and we completely re-pointed the entire roof and sealed all leaks then painted

This lovely home was a new purchase for the family and the top level of quality was a must to give it and lease of life. 💫

We did a full spray job and whited out the wooden beams with DULUX wash n wear matt to make it long lasted and easy to clean.

Clients were super happy with the results and amazed on what a difference a colour change make!

We had the pleasure of painting this second home for these lovely clients, a bit more than just the repaint. We went over the existing original wall paper that was in almost perfect condition. Oil base primer to seal the wall paper, filled the joins with no more gaps and 2 top coats of ALABASTER in DULUX wash n wear superHide to create that ultra solid crisp white that made this new home new again. 🚪🏠👌🏼✔️

Not often we get to paint a house the colour of its beautiful surroundings, but on this occasion the owners picked the perfect green to completely transform their home making it part of their beautiful semi rural Property. 🌳🌲

Our signature front door done in oil base high gloss to give it a glass like sheen and bullet proof finish. 🚪

Check out this stand out transformation at the beautiful Raurimu Kohanga! It was well overdue of a fresh paint job from top to bottom and the colours for this project made all the difference.

Representing the coastal closeness and connection to the sea 🌊 and native flax surrounding the building and area, the colours were a natural choice making a clean crisp modern look with a feeling of home for all the amazing teachers and very lucky children who learn and grow there. 📚

Roof and base - Flaxpod semigloss
Walls - 1/2 Sea Fog low sheen
Decks - Monument low sheen
All done in DULUX weathershield

After waterproofing the windows and weatherboards with extensive no more gapping. 2 x spray coats with back rolling produced the solid coverage needed for longevity 💪🏼💪🏼😎

We just finished this great transformation! Reminds us that colours make all the difference taking this home from dated bright green on white and brown base to completely modern and fresh look.

Another massive transformation. Full repainted interior. The walls are painted over existing wall paper, we do this with oil based primer to allow the water based paint to be applied without activating the wall paper glue which avoids any bubbling of the wallpaper. 🏚️🏠🧼

CEILINGS done in DULUX wash n wear matt, colour is Alabaster (Resene colour matched to DULUX) for a soft uniform sheen and easy cleaning of fly dirt etc. WALLS are DULUX super hide wash n wear low sheen Alabaster for a hard wearing easy cleaning surface. WOOD WORK🚪done in aqua enamel semigloss Alabaster for a higher sheen level for a head wearing finish that lasts and looks great for years to come… 🙌🏼
