It’s the small details that make a huge difference! 💡✨

Absolutely loving this illuminated LED recess in the shower from one of our recent renovation projects. The soft warm lighting brings out the gorgeous texture of these large-format stone tiles and adds a total spa-like vibe to the space. 🚿🛀

🏠 Big projects or small fixes—we do it all! 🔨✨

While we love bringing custom new builds and large-scale renovations to life, we’re just as passionate about taking care of the smaller jobs that keep Whangarei homes looking sharp and weather tight.

Case in point: this recent small re-clad project! Giving a section of worn exterior a fresh, modern cladding update not only boosts your home's street appeal, but it also protects your biggest asset against the elements for years to come.

Whether you need a full house transformation, general carpentry, or a quick exterior refresh, no job is too big or small for our team.

Before ➡️ After

What looked like a small issue turned out to be a rotten window sill that needed replacing. We removed all the damaged timber, installed a new sill, and finished it off ready for paint, restoring both the appearance and the weather protection of the window.

It's a great reminder that catching rot early can save much bigger (and more expensive) repairs down the track.

If you've noticed soft timber, peeling paint, or signs of water damage around your windows, get in touch for an honest assessment.

📞 Contact Breckon Builders today to discuss your repair or renovation project.
