Meet Mr Go-Go-Go 👋

Cody is one of RSN’s longest-standing team members, and the name says it all. Always on the move, always getting stuck in and always ready for the next job.

He knows his way around a roof, a scaffold and pretty much everything in between. He is an all-round great bloke and a big part of the RSN crew.

We're on the hunt for two more hands to join the RSN crew here in Whangārei - an experienced Leading Hand Roofer and a Scaffolder.

We're a family-first business, and that shows in how long our crew sticks around - most of our team have worked together for 6-10 years. If you take pride in your work and know your trade inside out, you'll fit right in.

Leading Hand Roofer:

- Proven roofing experience, with time spent leading a team on-site
- Solid knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems and safe work practices
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working unsupervised
- Full driver's licence preferred

Scaffolder:

- Solid scaffolding experience across residential and commercial sites
- Good understanding of safe work practices
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working unsupervised

They say the early bird catches the worm, or was it the roofer? There's something special about watching the sun come up from a rooftop. Perks of the job.

The most important part of this job was to make as little interuption as possible for our client who was still operting their Motel in Paihia.

So we brought up the whole crew, they were loaded up at 6.30am, arrived at 7.30am and were off the roof at 12.30pm.

One re-roof in one day - our own scaffolds, spouting crew and a bloody good time while doing it. It's not often the boys all get to work together, so once the job was done, everything was cleared and the site was clean, we headed off to the pub for some well deserved beers.
