Our first property development we invested in 1 year ago. we cut the house sight in the landscaped 2 beautiful terraces inside our living envelop pointing into the direction of the water dam,high hills, and the sun set that was stage #1
Now we have to landscape our trees and rock features to now make our terraces stand out and to work in with the golden light (sun set ) which this block gets every day along with the awesome mountain views. when completed this 5.5 acre block will be developed for life style it will have a large 100+year old 4-5 bedroom villa on it with a large shed,2 beautiful landscaped terraces pointing into the direction of the high hills,water dam,and sunset finished of with a landscaped rock featured tropical garden and can also run some animals.

LOADING ON THE TEETH
In this mining industry, all digger operators have their own way of operating. After 25 years in excavating dirt, this is what works for me and this is how I've been taught to move dirt on a large digger's: R9800, 996, 994, 992, PC4000, PC3000, PC2000, PC1250.

#1 Do not dig close to your tracks. (Don't make your digger look like a dog having a s**t).

#2 Never rack your floor; always dig straight into the face and load up.

#3 Always fill buckets; never load them half full. Remember to compact the air out and compact your material in your bucket.

#4 Bench height has to be just a little higher than the tail of your trucks; no higher, no lower.

#5 The power is in your stick. Don't do too many movements together; it confuses the electrical components and hydraulic pumps. Make sure your pumps push direct flow to one component. Example: stick in, load up, crown bucket, boom up, slew, stick out, then offload. Your slew break is really bad on these diggers, so I use the dirt in the truck to slow my slew down on bucket offload.

#6 This is my #1 rule: make sure your truckers can read you easily. Keep it simple. You look after your truck operators, and they will look after you. Keep the production cycle rolling!!

#7 JDC, make your machine look sexy with nice movements; no hydraulic ram banging. And remember, fill your bucket!!!

I don't need dozers on my floor when digging this material since we operate with GPS, allowing me to maintain accuracy within 100mm; meanwhile, the bro on the grader is doing a great job.
