A big part of our Design & Build process is working closely with our clients to develop their site, overcome challenges that can arise, and ensure they have a great platform before we build their Dream Home. In this case we worked diligently with our Earthworks Team and the outstanding crew at RS Engineering www.rseng.co.nz on this new build at Ngunguru. This particular site requires 32 piles of 13m lengths to create a stable sub floor prior to pouring the slab. Not only does this satisfy council requirements, it provides peace of mind for our clients and Classic Builders that we have done the right thing by them and gives our clients a great experience and protects their investment.
