There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a Coresteel structure designed, manufactured and constructed right here in Whangārei taking shape.

And this one went up FAST.

🏗️ 900m² of superstructure erected in just ONE DAY.

From the first lift to the Coresteel Structure taking shape and standing strong, the progress in a single day was seriously impressive — a great example of what good design, smart systems and an experienced crew can achieve.

Coresteel’s steel structures are designed for efficient construction, with the steel structure manufactured right here in the North.

A massive effort from everyone involved, and judging by the progress, we’re pretty sure there’s a very happy client watching this one come together!

Designed local. Manufactured local. Built local.

That’s the Coresteel Northland way. 👊

Civil works are taking shape nicely at our Three Mile Bush Road site.

Every detail is being carefully considered to maintain the surrounding bush and beautiful established trees that make this place so special.

Another milestone ticked off. 💪

The momentum continued during the early hours of this morning at our 131 Port Road waterfront project, with the concrete floor now poured and in place.

A huge shoutout to Rock Solid Concrete Northland for delivering a quality finish and helping keep this project moving forward. It's always rewarding working alongside local contractors who take as much pride in the finished product as we do.

With the foundations complete and the slab down, the vision is becoming reality - and we're one step closer to seeing the Coresteel structure rise.

Only days into Foundation construction and our 131 Port Road waterfront project is already taking shape.

The team is smashing through the foundation preparation using the innovative Cresco foundation system—delivering exceptional speed without compromising on the quality Hillcon Group is known for.

It's great to see the efficiency of modern construction methods combined with a crew that takes real pride in getting the details right.
