LASER CONFERENCE 2026 – FIJI! 🌴

Last week we had the privilege of heading to Fiji for this year’s Laser Conference — a great opportunity to learn, share ideas, network and catch up with friends from across the Laser network.

We were extremely proud to be named a finalist for the Customer Service Excellence Award! 🏆

This award is based directly on customer feedback, from that first point of contact with our office team right through to the guys on the ground completing the work.

To receive this recognition for the second year running is something we’re incredibly proud of and is a real reflection of the high standard of customer service our team works hard to deliver every day.

We’re also super proud of our Laser Performance Group, who took out a number of awards throughout the conference — although we reckon they should have had an award for Best Dressed too! 😂🍹

A massive thank you to our loyal and hardworking team for everything you put in, and to all our customers for your continued support and trust.

🎉 10 YEARS OF NAT! 🎉

A pretty special milestone recently — our awesome Office Manager Nat has officially been with us for 10 years! 🙌

To celebrate, a couple of weekends ago we whisked Nat and her husband away to Waiheke for a well-deserved weekend of good food, good drinks and a bit of zip-lining adventure! 🍷🍽️🌴

We’re incredibly lucky to have such a loyal and dedicated team, and we’re especially proud that 5 of our team members have now reached the 10-year milestone with us. 👏

That’s a lot of years, a lot of laughs, plenty of hard work and a whole lot of experience!

Thanks Nat, for everything you bring to the team — we appreciate you! ❤️
